I specialize in supporting Creatives, Teens (18+), Young Adults & Adults, People of the Global Majority, and Healers as they navigate challenges related to self-love & self-worth, autonomy, boundaries & advocacy, emotion regulation, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and decolonizing the mind. I hope to provide a safe space for individuals to release old & unhealthy ways of being and rebuild a more authentic, liberated self.
